Rental FAQs
What's included in a rental?
All rentals include access to our spring floors, tumble track, open training areas, restrooms, waiting area, sound system, and parking. We can also provide basic equipment like mats and spotting blocks upon request.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend rentals. Last-minute bookings may be available based on gym schedule.
What are your rental rates?
Rates vary based on space needed, duration, and day of week. Contact us at RENTALS@lvallstarcheer.com for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
Can I bring my own coach or choreographer?
Yes! Many teams rent our space to work with visiting coaches and choreographers. We just require proof of insurance and a signed facility usage agreement.
Do you offer coaching during rentals?
While rentals are primarily for space usage, LVA coaches can be available for an additional fee. Inquire when booking about coaching add-ons.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days in advance receive full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance receive 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours.
