Adaptive Tumbling
Perfect tumbling class for any athletes that may need a little extra one on one time!
Flight School (Ages 7 and under)
LVA's notorious Flight School is for all current/aspiring flyers, this class gives athletes the skills needed to become a confident and consistent flyer. A stunt stand is encouraged but not required.
Flyer Stretch (Ages 7 and under)
Our flyer stretch class can completely transform any athlete's body positions and improve athlete's flexibility in general. This class is recommended to aspiring flyers, current flyers, or any athletes who want to train their flexibility.
Level 1 Tumbling
Beginner-level tumbling for athletes learning foundational skills.
Level 2 Tumbling
For athletes progressing beyond Level 1 tumbling skills.
Level 3 Tumbling
Intermediate tumbling for athletes mastering advanced skills.
Level 4/5 Tumbling
Advanced tumbling for experienced athletes.
Novice Tumbling
For ANY and ALL Novice LVA Athletes.
TODDLER TUMBLING
(AGES 18 months - 3) This program is to work on fundamental coordination skills. This is important for their overall physical development. Jumping, running, and hand-eye coordination are essential skills that help toddlers build strength, balance, and motor skills.
BEGINNER BERRIES
This is the perfect way for PRESCHOOL AGED kids to explore cheerleading in a fun, no-pressure, and confidence-boosting environment. Fun & Flexible with up to 20 classes per month. 30 minute beginner friendly classes with 8 or less athletes per class. SUNDAYS: 11a-11:30a, MONDAYS: 6:30p-7p, WEDNESDAYS: 4p-4:30p, FRIDAYS: 6:30p-7p, SATURDAYS: 10a-10:30a

Cheer 101 is the go-to class for any aspiring or current cheerleader to learn the ins and outs of cheer or sharpen up their skills! This class will touch on Motions, Jumps, and Tumbling. Useful for all beginning and advanced cheerleaders.

PIXIES - Spring FUNdamentals
Join our beginner-friendly cheer class where you'll learn the basics in a supportive environment. Focus on building confidence, strength, and teamwork skills through: Basic Stunts and Tumbling, Jumps and Motions, Choreography. Our experienced instructors prioritize safety and proper technique.
FLYER STRETCH
Our flyer stretch class can completely transform any athlete's body positions and improve athlete's flexibility in general. This class is recommended to aspiring flyers, current flyers, or any athletes who want to train their flexibility.
Pears - Half Year Team (Spring)
Beginner competition team for athletes born between 2010 and 2020. Running from January to May - 5 month commitment. CONTRACT INVOLVED. Weekly Sunday practices. One local competition at The Westgate on April 18, 2026. A local performance at the LVA Gym on May 2, 2026. Registration covers a uniform, practice set, practice and competition bow, team tank, competition/coaching fees, and choreography.
TUMBLE 100
Tumble 100 is for NEW athletes who want to learn new skills and those working towards and or perfecting their back walkovers. This class focuses on different variations of level 1 skills and prepares athletes to move up to our Tier 2 classes.

Tumble 200 is for athletes working towards and or perfecting their back handsprings. This class focuses on different variations of back handsprings and prepares athletes to move up to our Tier 3 classes.

TUMBLE 300
Tumble 300 is the perfect class for athletes that have surpassed all level 2 skills and are ready to level up! Athletes will work on skills such as but not limited to: Standing back handspring series, Running tumbling to back tuck, punch fronts, and aerials.
CORAL - Spring FUNdamentals
Join our beginner-friendly cheer class where you'll learn the basics in a supportive environment. Focus on building confidence, strength, and teamwork skills through: Basic Stunts and Tumbling, Jumps and Motions, Choreography. Our experienced instructors prioritize safety and proper technique.
Jumps
Sharpen your jump technique and boost your height in this energetic class! Designed for all skill levels, this session focuses on flexibility, body control, and strength while mastering cheerleading jumps like toe touches, pikes, and hurdlers.
Tumble 400/500
Is your athlete working towards or perfecting a standing tuck and level 4 tumbling? This is the perfect class for you! Our Tumble 400/Standing Tucks class is a great fit for any level 4 tumbler looking to nail their skills!
Basket Toss Workshop
Teaching Flyers the right technique for Basket Tosses. Straight Rides (Level 2) through Hitch Kick Doubles (Level 6).
